Mental Health Counselor - Intern

Martha is a counselor-in-training through Northwestern University under the supervision of Maureen Marshall, MS, LPC, SAC. She also holds a master’s degree in business and has worked as a personal development coach for many years. She focuses on the internal strengths and resourcefulness of individuals of any age. Martha seeks to build on strengths by using therapeutic methods such as, CBT, ACT and trauma-informed care. Martha has experience in leading large group personal growth workshops for adults and continues her own personal journey of growth and development. She draws from 10 years of experience as a personal growth coach, grief coach and spiritual crisis advisor.
