Welcome to the Rape Crisis Center
Serving Dane County since 1973, the Rape Crisis Center (RCC) provides services to the survivors (and their family and friends) of all forms of sexual violence, including recent sexual assault, past sexual assault, incest (past or present), sexual harassment, and sexual exploitation.
These services are provided free of charge and include crisis intervention and support (24 hour Crisis Line and on-call Advocate/Counselors), short-term counseling, support groups, medical/legal advocacy and accompaniment, community education, and Chimera Self-Defense Designed for Women. RCC serves women, children, and men.
Congratulations to Courtney T., who won the drawing for two free Java Jive tickets at the Jokes for Justice fundraiser on June 14! And thanks to everyone who helped make it such a success - your support really means so much!

Java Jive is the Rape Crisis Center's signature fundraising event of the year, featuring a coffee tasting, breakfast, silent auction, and raffle donated by local businesses.

RCC is so grateful to GeekWorld for their support! Chris-the-Geek and his team help make sense of various computer nonsense so RCC staff can focus on our essential work. We've long trusted them with our network and database support - and they even speak real English instead of computer-talk.
Amy & Amy Designs
RCC is thrilled to recommend the design work of Amy Carani, who donated her skills creating outreach and event materials from 2010 to 2013. Her creativity speaks for itself, and we can attest to her professionalism and conscientiousness. Amy was a joy to work with -- we miss her and highly recommend her!
